Prices and payment
Our prices for products are subject to change and any such change will be notified by amending the relevant prices displayed on the site. Any increase in the prices for products will only apply to an order placed after the posted increase.
The prices payable for products on the site are exclusive of taxes and delivery charges unless otherwise specified. Taxes and delivery charges may be added to each order before payment. If we make an error in the presentation of the prices on the site we will tell you as soon as possible and you may either cancel or reconfirm your order. Information on the method of calculation of delivery charges and geographical areas to which we don’t deliver are on the site. The prices payable for products on the site are exclusive of all local customs charges, duties or taxes payable for import of the products into the territory to which the products are to be delivered, and all such local customs charges, duties or taxes will be payable by you and your sole responsibility to meet. Notwithstanding the remaining provisions of these terms, in the event of a return of products to us as a result of failure or refusal by you to pay any such local customs charges, duties or taxes, the full cost of return delivery of the products to us will be deducted and retained from any refund paid to you
Payment must be made online via the payment methods noted on the site. Payments will be exchanged into US dollars at the rate on the payment date.
Delivery
We will deliver products ordered by you to the address you give us at the time you make your order. We will dispatch orders to you by Federal Express or Other Logistics Company. Most orders for products will be dispatched within seven days from our acceptance of your order, subject to payment and stock availability.
Other Logistics Service provider the shipping time will be depended on the availability of stock and it can take from 3 days to 40 days to complete the shipping of your purchase.
However, timescales or dates indicated for delivery are for guidance only and time for delivery will not be of the essence.
If an order is placed by you which we cannot immediately fulfill, we’ll let you know and delivery may be delayed in the meantime.
Ownership of the products you order will pass to you when they are delivered, after which the products will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction. Contact us if your order is not received within a reasonable time and we will try and ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
